Orders are processed in the order they are
received. Orders must be confirmed by e-mail from Northwest
Pretties before payment is expected. If payment is not
received within 10 days after confirmation, order will automatically
be cancelled.
Payments may be made by: Check (allow 10 days to clear), Money
Order, Cashiers Check, or PayPal (allow 3 days to clear).
Returned checks will be assessed a $25.00 processing charge.
There is NO minimum order, but a handling fee
of $2.50 will be charged for orders under $25.00. PayPal
payments should be made to Info@northwestpretties.com
or by clicking on the link below.

| Returns: |
Due to the unique nature of most of the products offered,
including and not limited to Special Ordered Items, please note:
that all sales are final. I encourage
insurance on all items for I can not be held liable for the mis-handling
of any package once it leaves me. Return Shipping charges are
not refundable.
If an order is cancelled after shipment and refused at delivery
for return... please note: there will be a 15%
restocking fee.

| Damage: |
Due to the nature of the product, there will be slight variations
in size and color. A limited number of loose petals and leaves
should be expected on dried floral items..
Extensive damage due to shipping will only be covered (by
carrier) if buyer
pays for sufficient optional insurance.

| Availability: |
Rose and flower varieties and botanicals used in Northwest
Pretties dried floral products are subject to availability. Northwest
Pretties reserves the right to make substitutions it deems necessary
as a result of product availability. Quality will never be
compromised.

| Shipping: |
Shipping costs are buyers responsibility. Products will be
securely strapped down and/or cushioned for shipment. Products
will be shipped via United States Post Office (Priority Mail) or
UPS. Insurance is the responsibility of the buyer; ($1.30 ~
per $50.00 value) Packages will be shipped without insurance unless
otherwise requested. Delivery Confirmation is available for an
additional .45 cents.

| Design: |
Ribbon sizes (unless otherwise specified) used in all Northwest
Pretties designs will be as follows: #5 width in small designs, #9
width in medium designs, #16 width in large designs.
Rose(s) size will coordinate with size of the
designs. |
